Dr. Pamela C. Sullivan, MD, MBA, CPE, FACP, FCUCM, PT

Founder

Dr. Sullivan is an energetic and strategic leader, mentor, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Starting her career as a physical therapist, she went on to complete a residency in Internal Medicine, followed by a distinguished career in Emergency and Urgent Care. Dr. Sullivan served as Chief Clinical Officer at Landmark Health, where she played a pivotal role in leading national clinical operations, building teams, and driving value-based care initiatives.

Now, as a consultant to multiple value-based care startups, she brings a unique perspective and expertise in clinical integration, lean process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency. Known for her action-oriented, decisive approach, Dr. Sullivan thrives in environments where continuous improvement and positive team culture are prioritized. She is passionate about mentoring emerging healthcare leaders and developing high-performing teams that are aligned with the mission of putting patients first.

A recognized leader in the healthcare industry, Dr. Sullivan was the first female president of the Urgent Care Association of America and has served on numerous boards and committees shaping the future of healthcare. She has received several prestigious awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Urgent Care Association and the Laureate Award from the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Sullivan’s contributions at Landmark Health are particularly noteworthy, where she led the creation of the DELTA team—growing it from 4 to over 50 members with zero regrettable turnover. She also improved clinical market implementation, transforming workflows and leading to greater efficiency and success. Additionally, she played a key role in redesigning clinical orientation programs, reducing costs while increasing effectiveness and scalability.

In addition to her operational expertise, Dr. Sullivan has provided consulting services in areas such as workflow development, policy creation, compliance, culture transformation, leadership development, and organizational restructuring. She has served as interim medical director and provided expert opinions on medical necessity through extensive chart reviews.

Dr. Sullivan attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family—her husband, two daughters, and parents—and to the mentors who helped shape her journey. A New Yorker for over 50 years, she now resides in Arizona, where she enjoys pickleball, hiking, knitting, and spending time with her loved ones.
